NiCE Hack is an annual innovation hackathon organized by Nanyang Technological University's NiCE cluster, bringing together students across disciplines to tackle real-world challenges.
NiCE Hack was my first hackathon, and I found it fascinating to explore side‑channel attacks and digital signal processing, using advanced equipment to capture signal leakages and designing algorithms to uncover secret keys.
Competing as a solo team, I was awarded Merit Prize. I ranked as the top solo competitor in the pre-university level, recognized for my speed and precision in gathering keys.
